Album launch Rust : Le chant des machines

It is with joy and excitement that we announce the release, Sunday, October 9, 2022, of the album Le chant des machines by the duo Rust consisting of Jean-François Laporte and Benjamin Thigpen.
Jean-François Laporte and Benjamin Thigpen perform their music with newly invented and constantly evolving acoustic and electronic instruments. Since 2013, the Rust duo has been working with various configurations of prepared piezoelectric elements, short-range acoustic feedbacks, inductors, vibrating objects and computers.
Le chant des machines will be released under the Kohlenstoff Records label. We thank them for their support in the process of realizing the project. The album will be available in physical and digital formats. The duo will perform two works at the Inside your ears album launch concert.
