Du Vivant au FMC

Du Vivant is a kinetic, instrumental performance that recreates the dark world of the film Du Vivant. On a giant roll of paper like a photo ribbon, printed segments of the film are slowly unfurled, in prodigious exchanges between photography, performance, pinhole and improvised music.
Our artistic director Jean-François Laporte joins video artist Annie St-Jean and musicians Éric Normand and Philippe Lauzier for this memorable concert at the FMC.
