Recording of Onze super (petits) totems

Our season ended on a high note with the recording of the spectacular work "Onze super (petits) totems" by composer Jean Derome. This piece, winner of the prestigious "Creation of the years 2019" Opus Prize, featured at the premiere six talented musicians, including three members of Productions Totem Contemporain (Marie-Chantal Leclair, Jean-Marc Bouchard, Jean-François Laporte) and three members of the Ensemble SuperMusique (Michel F Côté, Lori Freedman, Jean Derome).
For the recording session, performers from the SuperMusique ensemble (Michel F Côté, Lori Freedman, Jean Derome) and Productions Totem Contemporain (Émilie Girard-Charest, Francis Leduc, Jean-François Laporte) interpreted the work in the studio.
It was a truly magical moment, and we were lucky enough to record this work in the sumptuous Mixeart studios. We would like to express our gratitude to the performers and to Jean Derome for this magnificent creation.
