First edition of the San Pietro a Majella Electroacoustic Conference, two days dedicated to the multiple approaches of contemporary electroacoustic music. Artistic director Jean-François Laporte is invited as a speaker alongside Manuella Blackburn (Keele University), Cedrik Fermont (Syrphe / Berlin) and Benjamin Thigpen (Royal Conservatory of Mons), around the theme SOUND · CROSSING · COMMUNITIES. The conference concludes with a round table at the Teatro Bellini on Saturday, May 16 at 4 p.m. The proceedings will be published in the Quaderni del San Pietro a Majella.
